{photos} europe on film

When we went to Europe, I decided it would be fun to bring along my film camera, which I haven't touched in ages. There was already film in the camera, and I had no clue what kind of film was in there or what was already on the roll, or whether or not the film was even any good anymore, since I had no idea how old it was. But it was kind of a fun gamble.

Turns out it was black and white film, and made for a few cool shots around Zurich and on our drive to Italy, when the battery promptly died. I didn't end up getting another battery until the end of the trip, but oh well, it was a fun experiment, and I got plenty of other photos with my digital camera. Here are a few of my faves from the film batch:
